GERMANY - LATE 1970'S
MY 2008 GERMANY TRIP - PAGE # 9
In late July and early August 2008 my wife, Angie, and I traveled back to Germany. It was the first time for me since I left back in 1979. It was the first time ever for Angie. Here are the photos we took while we were in Hoechst and at the old McNair Kaserne.

Same goes for Volle Milche. 		      ImgThe is the only photo I took of the Applewine Express. Angie and I saw the actual streetcar, but we declined to ride on it.
ImgThe Hauptbahnhof. Still there, still busy, still has a Burger King in it. And, yes, I ate there on this trip... but at least I ate my Pommes Frites with mayonnaise!       Img
